Monday 27th April
Manny headed away early this morning to do Glamaig & Garbh-bheinn in horrible wet conditions today finishing with a bike ride to Elgor Pier where he met the boat crew to have a quick turn around to get to Rhum this evening.
I received a message at 9pm to report that they had arrived safely and it was a stunning evening and they were all sitting with a beer and dinner on deck.
So he plans to do Askival & Ainshval tomorrow and try and head to Tobermory where the boat crew change over.
This blog describes Manny Gorman's successful round of all 219 Corbetts in 70 days, in one continuous journey by running, cycling and sailing.
Manny's 70 Day Schedule
The Corbetts are Scottish hills between 2,500 and 3,000ft, with at least 500ft ascent on all sides.

Excellent - must have felt good to get a couple under the belt after yesterday's washout.
Good to see Manny's back on plan, and hopefully better weather for Rum tomorrow.
Last night's text said
"2 very wet, misty Skye hills done. Light snow on top. Very slowly sailing to Rum with beer in hand and clouds lifting at last off some of the tops."
Looking better now with a decent weather forecast for a couple of days (and no mention of the sore knee). Manny had built in an extra day to allow for possible poor sailing conditions so if the siling goes OK he will be back on schedule.
The sailing is looking interesting at the end of the week, could be quite a breeze.
Curious, Jura -> Arran, Crinan Canal or via the Mull of Kintyre?
I would guess they are planning to sail round the Mull of Kintyre as per the Island Peaks Race.
